Versatile Blogger Award

A Big Thanks goes to http://pryncessyndrome.wordpress.com for nominating me for this award. I am very honored and humbled to receive this nomination and again, thank you pryncessyndrome, for taking your time to visit my blog!  I have enjoyed your blog, as well, and look forward to reading more! 🙂

And the rules for the Versatile Blogger Award is :

1. Nominate 15 fellow bloggers.
2. Inform the bloggers of their nomination.
3. Share 7 random things about yourself.
4. Thank the blogger who nominated you.
5. Add the Versatile Blogger Award pic on your blog post.

2. I love the outdoors; enjoying nature, hiking and camping.

3. I love to write, which is now my creative outlet, but have never had any formal training.  Maybe in the future?  Until then, I’m writing and   reading as much as I can and always learning.

4. Walking is my main form of exercise.

5. I still miss my beloved dog, Lucky Girl.

6. I love to bake and look forward to making all the Christmas goodies this year (soon, actually).

7. I’m not afraid to act goofy and I laugh at my own jokes! 🙂

Now, it’s time to nominate 15 bloggers:

  1. What a wonderful journey through your words … I feel enriched by my time I have spent reading tonight on your blog, not to mention a bit amused when I realized you were on mine reading. You have a beautiful transparency in your writing, which can only come from a beautiful soul. Keep writing!!!

  2. Of course I’m going to “Like” this!! 🙂 I am deeply humbled my friend and appreciate your kindness so much. You are certainly one of my favorite poets and you not only touch, but stir my heart and soul with your own writing. Blessings sweetness!

  3. Congratulations on your nomination for The Versatile Blogger award!
I’ve been reading many of your poems this past week, still have more to go.
Keep expressing your thoughts and life experiences. Love you, Sis!

  4. Congratulations, Lauren!
And thank you for the nomination. (Things are hectic right now but I’ll try to follow the instructions when I get a chance. I really appreciate the nomination – forgive me if I’m slow ! 🙂 )

  5. Lauren, you are so deserving: congratulations. One of my dreams is to earn a nomination from you within the next six months! Also, I am very glad to learn about some of the sites you nominated of which I had formerly been unaware. SO much to learn as a new blogger with other writers! However, I must confess, like a few other writers, I am woefully disctracted by this whole “award” process. Not that I don’t realize it is valuable to get this type of feedback from one’s peers. But I do find the feedback I get in comments to my posts the MOST helpful, okay? Hope you will be kind enough to follow and COMMENT on my series about unwindings, rewindings, ensnarings, threads unwinding and tying us together, which I started yesterday. Always grateful to have access to your posts, of course.

  6. Congrats! I love to sing as well, though I never really wanted to be professional about it. I know what you mean about Lucky Girl, too, I had a cat named KC that I still miss, and she’s been gone for four years 🙂

    1. Thank you so much! My list doesn’t end at 15! You’re one of them and truly, I sometimes get mixed up with these awards, but am very humbled and grateful..I think I mentioned to you already that I’m still learning the navigation process of WP! Thanks, again! 🙂
