Like “trickles”. When I bought my townhouse 20 years ago the realtor finally got honest about the 4 square block empty land behind it. They planned to build a school there. I’m a teacher. Did not discourage me a bit. Besides a school is better than crack invested gun tottin’ teenagers in section 8 housing.
