I liked this, felt it, but sort of got caught on ‘I give you my love as you deserve’ – I couldn’t interpret it!!
Do you give them love for they deserve it, or do you give them love in the measures you believe they deserve it. Or do you believe they do not deserve love, for what they have done, and so in giving them love as they deserve, you give them none?

Thanks so much for your complement and comment…all of my romance poetry is written with my husband in mind and we’ve been married for a long time. He’s been the best husband to me, so in simple terms, I give him love as he deserves to be loved, because he is a wonderful man and deserving of all things good.
