Thank you so much! I’m not a haiku expert, but have written many! The basics are they consist of 3 lines: 5-7-5 syllables in each line. They are a form of Japanese poetry and I believe originally written about nature. However, many poets/bloggers have stepped out of that box and written about other subjects in life…I’m included in this category! 🙂 You’ll find more information by googling, which comes in handy!
