I am very grateful and honored to have received several awards at the end of last year.
I’m amazed when I receive these and truly thankful.
Due to family commitments for the holidays, I’m a little behind and
I’m now following through with my Gratitude and Nominations…

To begin with, I would like to thank PJ,,

She is truly a sweetheart with REMARKABLE faith,

who is a Mentor to me, as well as, Honest Inspiration.

  1. Lauren, I am most humbly appreciative of this high honor from you. And to be listed first on this list by such a masterful blogger as yourself just has me speechless (but only for a few moments–I’m not dead yet!) I am horrible at the follow through on these award nominations. Let me just say I am immersed in my adult fairytale/allegory book-in-progress. I want all out there who follow this blog to know that our dear Lauren is one of the chief fuel suppliers of any candles I may keep burning here in blogland!

    1. Rose, you are too funny…speechless, but not dead, yet! Thank goodness for that! It’s okay if you don’t have time to follow through…what happens if we don’t? I don’t know, but it is daunting sometimes, although, the awards are always much appreciated! Your last line really touched me, actually, stopped me in my thought process! Thank you so much for those compassionate words!

Oh my goodness, Lauren!! First, Congratulations!–how wonderful for you!!

Second–wow, really? Another award for me? Thank you so much!

Third–what are the rules for this one? I know how to do the award image, and I’m guessing I just repeat that lovely paragraph, “This award belongs to…”, right?? And then, how many blogs do I list/nominate??

Please help me out here, Sis–I don’t want to screw up on this special, special award that I was secretly coveting (oops!).

Much, much love to you–what a gift that we can support and inspire one another!

    Caddo xxoo

    1. Thank you, Caddo, and congratulations to you, too, very deserving! The original post didn’t say how many blogs to nominate, so I followed the blogger who awarded me with 9. It may be 6 or more, but I’m not sure, so you can follow me, if you’d like. The easiest to do, is copy and paste my post onto your “new post” page, then you may want to modify the paragraph to your liking, etc., don’t forget the image and then you’re finished. Well, then you have to notify the bloggers you’re nominating, then you’re finished! I have to go slow with these, so I don’t mess up, too! Let me know if you have any other questions or have any trouble! Hugs back to you! xx

Ah, thank you–I’ll work on it in a day or two! Again, I appreciate this award more than I can describe–and that we can share it is very sweet indeed!

  3. Congratulations, Lauren! And thank you so much for nominating me for this award (a new one to me!)

I still haven’t followed through on previous nominations, but hope to someday – at least just a post thanking those who have nominated me for awards and then posting links to a bunch of blogs that I love. Don’t hold your breath though, as it might take me awhile. 🙂 (I keep promising this to everyone, alas!!)

Congratulations once again – you deserve this award!!
    And thank YOU once again!!

    1. Thank you so much, Betty, and I’m not holding my breath! I just finished following through and I’m now exhaling myself! They’re wonderful to receive, though! I’ll watch for your posts soon, but take your time!
      Hugs, Lauren

  4. Marvelous! No question that you are deserving of this award, Lauren, and once again I look forward to meeting some great new bloggers and their work through you. So Congratulations *and* Thanks!

    1. You are my mentor with your undying faith. I have been raised under God’s teachings, but I do waver at times, so reading your poems and posts are very beneficial. I will never lose my faith, though, so don’t misunderstand me…I believe we’re all human and have our ups and downs…He carries us through those tough times and we have to remember that…thank you again, PJ! xx

Thank you so much, dear Lauren. You are truly a candle lighter and deserving of this award. Your words at the close of your post are just lovely and I am honoured to be a part of this list. I shall repay the candle-lighting one day… I get caught up in reading the beautiful poems from my fellow poet bloggers and time just runs away. 🙂

You, and your work, are a blessing to those who read your words and feel the light shine from. (((Hugs))) xxx
