A Holiday Wish from Afar

Dear Friends,

How are you? I know, it’s been awhile since I’ve been around. I offer no excuses, so this is just a quick post to say “hi” and send my well wishes to you. Last week, I had an unexpected medical emergency that threw a wrench in my December plans. Fortunately, I’m home now and slowly on the mend to continue with the holiday shopping and tying of loose ends at work before the festivities begin.

Anyway, I hope this note finds you all happy and healthy, and I wish you a blessed holiday season that continues into 2017. I’m including two photos I found on Google of Lake Tahoe showing off its winter and holiday beauty (one of our favorite places).Β

Sending Love, Hugs, Merry Christmas, and a very Happy New Year!

~Lauren β™₯

    1. Thanks, Andrew; I am but slowly. I’m still ordered to rest, which is especially hard at this time of the year. But I don’t want a relapse either, so I’m complying. Have a wonderful holiday season!

  1. Well I certainly hope whatever it was that you will recover completely from it. The most valuable thing we have is our health.

Merry Christmas, Lauren, and take care of yourself.

    1. Thanks, Binky! It’s a slow recovery but I should be fine. There are so many small tasks that we easily take for granted too. So health is definitely most valuable. Wishing you and all the Wombies a Merry Christmas also!

      1. I am, Binky. I’m off work through the 16th, just resting. πŸ™‚ What else can I do but comply with the Wombie’s order? Merry Christmas to all of you! Thank you!

    1. Thanks, Don! It’s been an unexpected December, but I’m grateful for feeling better. I hope life is treating you well, and I wish you all the same. It’s always hard to believe that another year is ending and a new one is about to begin. Take care too and stay healthy! πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ„β˜ƒοΈ

I appreciate your thoughts!
