I’m not a professional photographer, so please go easy on me 🙂
and since our camera needs replacing, I’ve been using my iPhone.
Anyway, t
he rose is in our yard, but the other flowers I came across
while taking Copper, our lab, for his daily walks.
I don’t always take my phone, but when I do,
there’s always
something
I’d love to remember in photo form.
I’m not even sure I can choose a favorite.
I love them all and this happens to show
more of pinks and purples,
but I also love the vivid reds, oranges and yellows.
Sounds like a future blog post?
Maybe…
Anyway, what is your favorite?

I hope you enjoyed this little bit of flora
and feel free to take some beauty
with you to begin your weekend. ♥

Nice photos, Lauren! My favorite is the flowering cherry tree. I have a weeping cherry tree in my yard that the deer love to snack on. They have eaten all of the lower hanging branches 4 or 5 feet up from the ground. The tree’s shape now resembles an umbrella, or some avante gard yard art perhaps.

    1. Thanks Glenda, I love that one, too, especially as it reminds me of my Mom, who is no longer with us…Ironically, your tree still sounds very pretty even after the deer have feasted on it! 🙂 We have deer around here, too, so we have limited choices as to what we can plant out in front…Have a great weekend!

  2. Gorgeous Lauren! Thanks for sharing!

I have a “thing” about having to pick a favourite! Its vey difficult here! I think Im going for the wisteria because I love the way it falls. But I love them all! ❤ HBL XX

    1. Thanks, Chris, and it’s always hard for me to narrow down, too. I do love the wisteria for your very same reasons, but still can’t choose a #1! Have a lovely weekend, my lovely friend! HBL xx ♥

    1. Aww…thanks, Robyn! Knowing how great your photos always are, I’m appreciative of your comment even more! Cell phones have come a long way. My iPhone is much better than my flip phone, which now sounds like a dinosaur! 🙂 And I’m glad you could choose a favorite; I still can’t! Sending hugs and love for a beautiful weekend! xx

    1. Thanks, Deb, most of the time, the phone shots are okay and other times, they’re not so good. Someday soon, I’ll be shopping for a new camera. I’m glad you liked these, though, and sorry for the late reply; I’ve been out of town…hope all is well with you and many hugs back! xoxo

      1. You are so welcome my friend. I love flower photos and have quite a few myself. I have been so busy lately and am looking forward to all of it slowing down. I will have to email you soon.

I appreciate your thoughts!
