In your eyes
I see star speckled
night skies
azure seas and
calm ocean waves
snowy trees
and soft snowflakes
grand, green meadows
dotted with
wildflowers
I could
linger for hours
In your eyes
I see a
rainbow palette
of vivid colors
and the moonlight glow
makes me thankful
You’re my beau
There’s more
I can tell you today
but I’d rather get lost
and drift away

This rings so true – we see all of God’s gifts in the eyes of a loved one.
Thanks, Eric, and you said it beautifully, too, and I’m so sorry your comments were in my spam, but thank you so much for reminding me! I don’t understand why they were, but then again, I don’t understand everything about WP! Hugs and blessings to you~
Dear Lauren – don’t worry yourself about the spam. These glitches happen. I’ve had regular commentators end up in my spam folder – ah, technology 🙂
Kinda late over there, I reckon. A great big hug for you from Singapore.

that’s true love i sense in here… 🙂
Yep, it is! Thanks, Nanda! 🙂
to see into and through the open soul and love through the eyes of your beloved, so beautifully expressed, Lauren. Your Love does seem to even transcend mortal vows and find itself in a deeper sphere of the eternal, one that can open to the portals of Love which is beyond the known. The eyes are the entry to the soul, and only the eternal can pass through as you do. You would never be lost, merely taken into a journey of your soulmates Love and eternal Light. I think it a Blessing. Love, Linda
