I want to go there too.
I’m ready to go again, John. 🙂
Beautiful words and feelings.

a very nice poem!
I love Poetry and Photography as you….

Thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed this, and I appreciate your visit, too. Enjoy your Sunday! 🌻
Nice picture in both words and pixels, Lauren.
Thanks, Ben! That’s kind of you to say, my friend…
Lovely, Lauren… ❤ Sharing. xo
Thanks so much, Bette! Sending hugs and have a wonderful Sunday. 🌷💗
Hi Lauren – this is so nice. I would love to go to a place like that! Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks, Barbara! Each time we drive to West Marin, I’m inspired to write. We just love those country roads and there really is a feel of a whole different (slower) world. 🙂 Happy belated Thanksgiving to you also; hope you had a wonderful day! 💕

You are so kind, John! Thanks again, my dear friend, and have a wonderful Sunday!
You are welcome again.
Lauren that looks very much like heaven to me. Love to be surrounded by space and green. Lovely poem too.
Thanks, Alison! There’s something special and cathartic about wide open spaces and lots of greenery. Hope you’re having a good day. 💗
This is lovely and sweet, Lauren! 💗💗
Thanks, Betty! Any time we drive into the country, I’m inspired to write. It’s one of our favorite things to do, and the pace does seem slower, which is always nice to experience. Hugs and Love 💝💝💝
Ah, drives in the country have always been one of my favorite things too, Lauren. Love and hugs back 💞❤️💞
Just lovely Lauren.
Thanks so much, Charlotte! 💕
We could all use an opportunity to slow down.
This is beautiful Lauren… May the time go forever slow where ever you go.. And that looks a beautiful destination.. Hugs my friend ❤
Thanks, Sue, driving into the country is always a calming experience. We do it often, one of our favorite local destinations. Wishing you the same, my friend, and hugs back. 💕🌷
Sounds so idyllic.
I would love to visit that little town, Lauren.
It truly is idyllic, Eric. It’s the town of Point Reyes and a beautiful country drive is what we enjoy each time we go. It’s a local favorite destination and very calming. Have a good weekend coming up!
This is such a lovely poem. Lauren, with nice rhythm. I would love to live in a place where time goes “slow, slow, slow”. Love and hugs, my dear friend. 🤗❤️❤️
Aww, thanks, Michelle, for your lovely comment. I love the feeling of time passing slowly and it’s a lovely drive no matter how often we go. Love and hugs to you, too. xoxo

At this busy, hectic time of year, let Lauren Scott’s lovely poem take you to a quiet, peaceful place.
Oh, thanks so much, Michelle. You brightened my day as today is my second ERCP, hoping to get some answers. Right now, I’m staying distracted because of fasting, no food or water and we leave at noon. :O And I wasn’t sure about this poem to begin with but decided to post it. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with its reception. Thanks again, my friend! 💕🌻
Hope all went well. Keep me posted. Love, hugs, and prayers.
Beautiful! I’m ready to go, Lauren!
Thanks, Jill, and I’m ready to go again, too! 🙂 Hope you’re doing well! 💕
It looks gorgeous! Your words describe it perfectly. I’m doing well, thanks. I hope you’re feeling good, Lauren. ❤
It is a beautiful drive and destination and one we visit often. I’m glad you’re doing well, still on break, I assume? I’m feeling good, too, and today happens to be my second go around at last month’s procedure (an ERCP). Hopefully, today I’ll have answers. I’m trying to stay distracted because of no food or water and it’s not until noon. Anyway, it’ll be fine. Hugs to you. 💗
I’ll keep you in my prayers for good results, Lauren. Having yearly colonscopies, I know all about the fasting…no fun! I’ve been on a blog posting break so I can get my book turned in to my editor…my deadline is approaching! Yikes! ❤ Let me know how things go.
Thanks for the prayers and I’ll let you know. Good luck on your book, too. That is so exciting and I’ll look forward to reading it! 💗
Evocative and lovely.
Thanks so much, Cynthia! 🌷
SOOOO pretty Lauren. so nice to see on a gloomy day too. it’s warm here in BC but cloudy.
I wish you the best Christmas ever and many blessings and dreams come true in 2019. Hugs!!!!
Thanks, Geraldine, and I wish you the same, my friend. Right now, I’m on a blog break, so that’s the reason for the reply delay. Big hugs and Merry Christmas! xoxo
Hi Lauren, I hope you are doing well. So good to read your work again.
Lots of love and virtual hugs your way.
Thanks, Naima! I’ve been involved in a writing group, which is the reason for the long blog break. Hope you’re doing well, too! Love and hugs back to you, my friend! xo
