Thank you, Rose, your words are always so lovely and poetic in themselves…yes, the weekend was great. We went out Friday night, dinner and dancing, and last night, our son and daughter made dinner for us. It was excellent and we told them they can do that anytime! 🙂
The downside is, my Mom is knocking on Heaven’s door, so we’ve been by the phone a lot and weepy. She’s lived a long life, 90 now, Dad is 92, but it doesn’t take away the bittersweet-ness! Anyway, I don’t know why I’m telling you this…but thanks for listening. I’m not much in the mood for writing, have some awards to catch up on and am far behind on reading others posts, but will try some more~Hugs to you xx

Thank you so much, PJ! We had a great time – out to dinner and dancing Friday night, then our 16 & 20 yr old made us dinner last night. It was excellent and we told them they can do that anytime! I get so tired of figuring out what to make for dinner! Hope you’re doing okay today. Oh, I’m all weepy for you both–Happy Anniversary, Congratulations!! Lauren, you and “M” are so blessed–and I couldn’t be more genuinely happy for you.
